What we store, and why.

Forms
When you book a Speed-to-Quote Test or request a Teardown, we receive what you enter: your name, company, email, phone (if given), website, industry and notes. We use it to run the test or review, send you the report and follow up about it. Submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and emailed to contact@launchbird.ca.
The Speed-to-Quote Test
We only run a test with the consent of someone authorized at your company. We send one request, time the replies, and tell whoever replies that it was a test. We never publish an individual firm's results.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics with Google signals and ad personalization turned off, to understand which pages help people. It sets cookies on your device. You can block them in your browser without losing access to anything on this site.
Retention and deletion
We keep form submissions for as long as we're talking with you, and for up to two years after. Email contact@launchbird.ca and we'll delete your information.
Show homes
Show homes in the showroom are concept builds for fictional companies. Their forms are not live and send nothing.
